Some newsnab sites have this feature and I find it extremely useful. It is the ability to push downloads to sab instead of downloading nzb and adding to sab manually. One additional advantage is that it allows the use of autocategorization features of sab so that sickbeard/cp post processing can occur seamlessly. Mixed in with the media manager feature being worked on, I think it would be extremely useful.
