Would it be possible to have a filter in the advanced search for language? Sometimes searching for movies or shows, it display results for everything from english to german to russian. If this isn't possible, maybe a exclusion filter to exclude certain words in the search.

Edit: Sorry, I just noticed that the search does already offer this feature.
