Why are all the recent posts showing up with a percentage next to their size?!?!?! Nothing is working as of last week. any ways to get that fixed?

That would be the USP reporting those files as incomplete. I'm seeing files being DMCA'ed within 5 minutes of being posted nowadays. We're testing a few USP's to see if any of them have better luck.

I thought that DMCA's had to be responded to within 72 hours. How is this 5 minute crap even legal?
