Is this the official site for media manager?
I am eager for its release and wouldn't mind contributing (paid and development) as it looks great. Not seen any updates for it on this site and it would make sense if it has moved to its own site.
I am already a premium member here but would happily donate again to media manager, however I won't put my card details in a site with no SSL, especially if I am not sure it is official.

If you check out /donate - it's the official site for the manager. We don't actually process your card details; a token is generated for us by our payment provider. I'll be enabling SSL on the site later today however.

Ok cool, I will wait for SSL and donate again later. I only donated £5 originally as I was new to the site, feel a bit tight now.

People who pre-ordered have received information to that effect. As per the new site, we're just trying to lock down component vendors in to agreements :-). |

Is there any current info on when downloads for the newest version of Nuplay will be available? Thought contributors were supposed to get it on the 11th. The only update on the Nuplay site says the installers are uploading, but that was last week.

Sorry, the site should have been updated - emails are (and have been) going out in batches to prevent the platform from being taken down.

I have donated a few times and I have purchased the hardware and have not received the new update email from them. The last update email that I received was the Feb 15 update. I did send an email to sales@nuplay.co on march 18th to make sure that they received my NPi device pre-order that put in on January 23rd but never received an answer back from them.

The nuPlay team does not monitor these forums. We've received a rather extensive influx of enquiry emails in the past 2 weeks (hundreds per day from people interested) and we're in the midst of dealing with the backlog. |
